*HIGH BID IS SUBJECT TO SELLER’S APPROVAL* Please note there is a 10% buyer’s fee plus the GST (5%) with a maximum of $3,500.00 on top of the hammer price for all items.   All units are sold as is, where is, as photographed.  No warranties implied or otherwise exist.  All sales are final.

Due to the nature of the items being sold, we will NOT be shipping anything-- it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure payment and pick up are completed on time.

Payment expectations are as follows: we accept VISA & MasterCard with 3% credit card fee, debit, bank drafts, electronic funds transfer and cash.  Payments must be made within 2 business days of closing of the sale. Late fees will be charged for payments after 2 business days.  Payments can be made in person at the shop (12836-153 Street NW, Edmonton, AB), EFT's can be sent to eft@auctions.ca (with your invoice number in the memo area), or credit card payments can be made over the phone with a 3% credit card fee at 780-440-1075.

Unless noted differently in the Lot description, all items are located at 12836-153 Street NW, Edmonton, AB, T5V 1A9. If you are local or within driving distance you are welcome to view the items Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm.  Come and view all the items up for sale to satisfy yourself as to condition, as no objections will be allowed after the sale on any grounds whatsoever.  For general hours of operation or if you have questions, please contact the auction company at 780.440.1075.  All sales are final.

Load Out will be July 24-26, 2024, from 9:00am to 4:00pm.  All items must be paid for at the auction house.
